You can use either Ceylon Cinnamon Leaf Oil or Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Oil for making a massage oil. The Leaf Oil tends to be hotter so its great for aching feet or coldness. The Bark Oil sme;;s far better but is not as hot (but still hot) but far more expensive. The good news is even if you decided to use Bark Oil you just need very little. Literally drops. The choice is yours.
