1. RETURN POLICY
You may return all unopened and undamaged items purchased at Cinnamonvogue.com within 30 days of the order date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will equal the actual charged shipping rate or, in the case of a free-shipping promotion, a fee equal to 10% of your order (whichever is greater). Opened items are not eligible for return.
If the return is due to our error or if the item is defective, we will refund the original shipping cost and pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via e-mail for a return shipping label in these cases. This applies only to defective items. The customer must pay for all other returns.
We will issue a refund in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Sale items are final and not eligible for return. Returns must be made in the original or comparable packaging and sent to the following address:

In all cases, you must ship the product back to us at your expense, and the item must be received within 30 days of purchase. Cinnamonvogue.com will not refund or pay for return freight unless there was an error caused by us or the product is proven defective. All refunds will be issued less a 25% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled after they are processed without a 15% restocking fee.

Due to fraud and complicated customs regulations, we do not ship to most international destinations. However, many third-party parcel forwarding companies in the U.S. can help you purchase our products for a fee. Most offer a personal shopper service. Customs Form Filling Fee: A $1.50 customs form fee applies to all international destinations that we ship to.

If you place an order over the phone, you must provide your credit-card information to our customer service representative. While our staff is carefully screened, there is always a small inherent risk in providing card information verbally. Therefore, we recommend placing your orders directly through our online shopping cart whenever possible.

If you order a gift online and want it shipped directly to the recipient, you must submit the recipient’s name, address, and phone number. We do not use or sell this information for marketing purposes.

5. SHIPPING POLICY
All products become the responsibility of the customer once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. No claims can be made for mis-shipped or damaged products after 24 hours of order receipt.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address results in returned packages or carrier address-correction fees, an additional $10.00 fee will be charged.
A $15.00 fee will be charged if the order must be recalled for reasons such as incomplete credit-card processing.
A phone number must be provided at checkout. If the billing and shipping addresses differ, correct information must be entered for both addresses. Orders may be delayed if verification is required.
6. SALES TAXES
Cinnamon Vogue does not collect sales tax in the state of Nevada, where we are located. For all other states, each customer is responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes.
7. SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are shipped within 24 business hours. We are closed on weekends, but our automated system accepts orders 24/7. Processing occurs on business days only.

Credit-Card Information
All orders must be verified and confirmed. We do not see, keep, or store credit-card information. Due to rising credit-card fraud, all chargebacks or misuse of credit cards that violate our policies will be reported to the three credit bureaus and Merchant 911. All PayPal orders must be verified and confirmed.
To redeem store credits or gift codes, the IP address must match the state of the original order. Policies are subject to change without notice.
