Cinnamon lemon tea

Ceylon Cinnamon Tea blends well with Citrus. Unlike Cassia Cinnamon, Ceylon Cinnamon tends to be more sophisticated and far less spicy. This unique character plus the heady aroma of Ceylon Cinnamon Bark creates a lovely flavor with lemon. This combination works best with a teaspoon of honey or sugar.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Ceylon Cinnamon tea bag
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon peel cut into small square strips
  • 2-4 teaspoons sugar or honey


    DIRECTIONS


  1. Pour 3 cups water into a pan.

  2. Add lemon peel and boil the water reaches 212 degree F

  3. Add the Cinnamon Tea bags, switch off stove and let it steep for 3-5 minutes

  4. Add sugar or honey to taste and serve.
